Their mission : to take concrete action to create a positive impact on our customers, suppliers, employees, families, children and partners.

Our 3 pillars
Be sustainable and responsible !
Create innovative, educational, caring and accessible games.
Our approach includes the creation of innovative and educational games, supported by criteria defined by our internal committee. This commitment aims to promote responsible practices, encourage eco-design , and guarantee the safety of our products.
In 2025, 29 projects were proposed by employees as part of the Créa Academy.

Supporting our suppliers by favouring short supply chains.
We affirm our commitment to local suppliers by favouring short supply chains and developing sustainable partnerships with French and European manufacturers.
In 2025, our purchases represent: 27% of European manufacturing measured by total weight of purchases.
Our objectives for 2028 are to achieve:
In parallel, we are deploying an evaluation and audit approach to our strategic suppliers in order to better understand their level of CSR maturity, to strengthen dialogue with our partners and to support the continuous improvement of our supply chain.

Eco-designed products manufactured in France.
Eco-designing our products through responsible practices.
We prioritize sustainable solutions by limiting individual packaging, favoring recyclable materials and developing alternatives to plastic when designing our games.
In 2025, the analysis of our 50 most significant purchases shows that 45% of the referenced products are mainly composed of paper pulp, a material with a generally lower carbon footprint than other product families marketed by Marketing Création, while offering strong recyclability potential.
Our goal is to increase this share to 60% by 2028.
Furthermore, a Carbon Footprint assessment covering scopes 1, 2, and 3 has identified our main sources of greenhouse gas emissions: the purchase of goods, their end-of-life management, and the transportation of our products. This analysis now guides our improvement priorities.
Limiting our daily environmental impact.
In 2025, 277.3 kg of materials were collected and recovered in our premises thanks to our partnership with Lemon Tri, mainly food waste, cardboard and paper.
Our actions:
- 14.3% of our goods were transported by rail in 2025, thus reducing transport-related emissions.
- Our premises are powered by 100% renewable electricity, certified by guarantees of origin, and equipped with self-consumption solar panels.
- Our employees were made aware of climate issues through the 2 Tonnes in 2024 workshop.
- In partnership with LCL, our recycled plush toy project has offset 2 tonnes of CO₂ through the planting of trees in the Louverné forest, in France.

Ecovadis awards us the silver medal!
With a score of 70/100, we have been awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal this year. This result reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainable, ethical, and responsible practices in all our activities. This distinction motivates us to strive even further for excellence in our CSR approach.

This is a simplified, abridged version of our CSR report. Our CSR policy formalizes our commitments regarding the environment, social responsibility, business ethics, and responsible procurement. It serves as the framework for our approach and guides our daily actions with a view to continuous improvement.

We received 2 stars for our first certification, reflecting the positive perception of our CSR commitments by our employees, customers, and suppliers. This independent assessment allows us to identify our strengths, better understand the expectations of our stakeholders, and continue our process of continuous improvement.

Carbon footprint scope 1, 2, 3
The 2025 carbon footprint assessment, covering scopes 1, 2, and 3, allows us to measure the greenhouse gas emissions related to our activities in order to identify our main areas of impact. This process is an essential step in defining concrete reduction actions and contributing to the transition to a low-carbon economy.
The projects
They are very dear to us !
- Around Lucio
- The Léa association
- Cured of cancer
- The Pink Blouses
- Ronald McDonald Foundation
- Overcoming Cystic Fibrosis
Around Lucio, it's the association that does good, its goal is to advance research on dystonia, a disease that affects more than 45,000 people in France !
Luc, its creator, a vibrant individual with a special something, takes on several challenges to raise funds. His latest challenge, brilliantly accomplished: a duathlon around France. These initiatives have been led and supported by Marketing Création since Luc's time as an intern at their offices in 2022/2023.

The Léa association
Since 2012, the Léa association has been supporting families of sick and/or disabled children.
Léa informs families, provides them with moral support and helps them with their various administrative procedures.
The association works closely with healthcare professionals and hospitals to improve the quality of care for families during difficult times.

Cancer Cured Association
Created in 2014 by Eric Schneider, the association Cured of Cancer helps to advance cancer researchby donating the contributions they collect to the Gustave Roissy cancer center in Villejuif, the hospital where Eric was treated, monitored and cured of cancer.
The contributions also serve to improve the hospital reception conditions for children at La Timone in Marseille.

The Pink Blouses Association
Since 1944, Les Blouses Roses have been entertaining, comforting, listening, and bringing joy to the daily lives of those experiencing care and loneliness.
For over 70 years, 5,400 volunteers have dedicated themselves to helping children and the elderly. The association's goal is to promote healing through activities and joy.

Ronald McDonald Foundation
Founded in 1994, the Ronald McDonald House Charities takes care of families.
It supports them by building and running Parents' Houses near hospitals in France. There are 9 Houses: Bordeaux, Grenoble, Lille, Limoges, Marseille, Nantes, Strasbourg, Toulouse, Villejuif and 1 branch located in Arras.
These are true welcoming spaces to allow hospitalized children to remain surrounded by their families, especially their parents.

Association to Fight Cystic Fibrosis
Parents, young patients and caregivers came together in 1965 to create the association Vaincre la Mucoviscidose (Defeat Cystic Fibrosis).
Since then, the association has supported patients and their families in their daily lives, which are disrupted by cystic fibrosis. It is organized around four main missions: Curing, Caring, Improving quality of life, and Raising awareness.
