EcoVadis awards a silver medal to the commitment of Marketing Création

The motto of our Chairman, Frederic Martz, is " Always working together for the good of all ". It is in this spirit that Marketing Création has been awarded the silver medal for CSR performance in 2021!

In 2020, as part of a healthy approach to evolving with the times, the desire to enter into a CSR approach was obvious. The company Marketing Création decided to adopt this lifeline and remain in cohesion with its environment.

It is this strong bond that Marketing Création advocates within its team: "cohesion", accompanied by strong values such as sharing, respect for others and the environment, trust and good humor.



Let's not forget that Corporate Social Responsibility is committed, among other things, to :

  • Ethics and good corporate citizenship. The aim is to promote equality and diversity among teams, and employee safety and well-being, in order to improve dialogue and collaboration.
  • The environment, eco-responsible innovation. Objective: to move in the right direction by contributing to the energy transition, and to grow by promoting responsible purchasing. In short, to anticipate the consequences of our activities.
  • Social responsibility with the implementation of social actions. Objective: to support associations and develop sponsorship.
  • Last but not least, the financial goal. Objective: to remain attractive, to be innovative and competitive in our proposals, and to control risks over the long term through our CSR initiatives, thus ensuring our long-term viability.

Committing to CSR

In 2020, Marketing Création is committed to reducing its environmental and social impact by taking into account its stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers and collaborators). In the discovery phase of this universe and faced with a global pandemic, actions are limited and become objectives to be implemented for the following year. And yet, that's when it all started! An inventory was drawn up, followed by a plan of actions to be implemented.

In 2021, Marketing Création puts its objectives into practice!

Social issues:

  • Increase budget and actions in support of associations.
  • Development of new skills-based sponsorship projects.

Since the company was founded, children have always been at the heart of our concerns, so it has always been obvious that we should focus our sponsorship on helping children. Various actions have been carried out with the help of different associations. From redistribution of a portion of profits to product or financial donations, throughout the year the team supported and participated in a number of events. Product donations were able to help associations such as Les Blouses Roses and Gueriduncancer.
Another sponsorship cap, supporting and advising young companies, but also raising awareness among young students about starting a business.

Environmental commitments:

Develop eco-designed, Made In France products.

Marketing Création has improved its range of toys by increasing its offer of eco-responsible games and goodies and, in particular, by largely doing away with small, all-plastic toys.

Consumer relations:

Our priority is to promote the well-being of families by making them feel welcome. It is therefore important to always offer innovative and ethical products that meet our customers' expectations as closely as possible.

A CSR medal, a sign of effort and motivation

The silver medal, awarded by international certification body Ecovadis, is based on the assessment of analysts who, using a number of indicators, assign a score to a company's CSR performance.

Ecovadis uses 21 rating criteria based on international CSR standards. 21 criteria divided into 4 main themes (Environment, Social & Human Rights, Ethics and Responsible Purchasing), to which it combines seven management indicators. Based on these, it measures the quality of a company's CSR management system. It is based exclusively on information supplied by the companies evaluated, as well as on public information, size, sector of activity and location of the company, all compiled by expert analysts.

These above-average indicators are encouraging for Marketing Création. Our approach has been rewarded with a Silver Medal, which is highly motivating for the continuation of our CSR adventure!
