The products
The prices displayed are exclusive of tax on the entire site. They do not include the cost of marking. The price of the marking depends on the selected marking technique and the desired quantity. This information will be communicated to you as soon as you contact a member of our team to establish a quote.
The minimum order quantity is noted on each product sheet. If you are interested in a product in the tab "Achievements" it may be that there are no details, for this contact our sales department, to share your custom project.
It is quite possible to send you samples within the limits of the availability of the products. Samples are free of charge if you place an order. Otherwise, the shipping costs will be charged as well as the price of the sample.
PDF or AI file but the format must be vector. We sometimes accept very good quality files (at least 300 dpi) depending on the type of marking.

My order
It is not possible to finalize an order online. Make your selection on the site, add your products in the basket and ask for a quote. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours.
Requests for quotes are processed within 24 hours (during working days).
Please check your junk mail, also check that the quote request has been validated online, an email notification should be sent automatically.
The delivery
Delivery times depend on the products selected. Generally, they are 3 to 4 weeks for products on catalog. For a custom-made offer, the delivery time will be longer, from 4 to 8 weeks. These times include production and delivery.
It happens, don't panic! Contact us quickly after validation of your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, it is still possible to change the delivery address.
