Safety
As a manufacturer of products for families and children, safety and quality control are two essential elements of our manufacturing and marketing process. We have implemented several verification and testing steps to guarantee this compliance.
Partner selection
The choice of production partners
The goal here is to identify the right manufacturer who is able to meet the client's very specific criteria.
To do this, our teams on site make contact with the manufacturer, check and analyze the existing documentation, namely all official registration documents such as ISO and BSCI.
The objective is to validate and certify that this partner will be able to support us in meeting the client's requirements.

System audit
Audit of the quality control system and production capacity
Once the partner is selected, the analysis does not stop there; quality audits are carried out to evaluate the production processes and systems.
We conduct various types of audits: RBI, YUM, Supplier Workplace Responsibility Audit (SWA), BRCGS…
The objective is to ensure that the partner is able to produce to the established standards and the capacity to produce the desired quantities.

Product review
Once production has started, all our products are tested in certified testing laboratories, such as SGS & Eurofins.
Several tests are carried out regarding toy standards and safety:
- DIRECTIVE 2009/48/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 June 2009 on toy safety
- Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency
- Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on persistent organic pollutants

We meticulously apply the regulations in force according to each type of toy and its place of distribution.
The goal is to deliver a certified, standardized and secure product to our customers.
Control and inspection
Production Control and Inspection
We conduct a final random inspection consisting of a detailed visual inspection of the goods before shipment. This is generally carried out at the manufacturer's premises, on samples selected according to defined sampling procedures.
The FRI (Final Random Inspection) takes place when the merchandise is 100% complete and at least 80% are properly packaged, marked and ready to be shipped.
Our inspectors randomly take samples of finished products, based on a random sampling technique, commonly referred to as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN40080, ISO2859 OR NFX06-022, to verify that the final shipping lots conform to the specifications.
1. Quantity control
2. Style, color, and material
3. Visual inspection
4. Functionality/safety check
5. Size measurement
6. Packaging check
7. Carton marking check

Internal training
Back to school !
Our team of buyers and sales representatives are regularly trained to stay informed and up-to-date on the latest developments in laws and safety standards.
Indeed, we regularly participate in training workshops both on our premises with safety professionals and externally through training seminars offered by our partner laboratories. Training topics include, among other things, toy classification and standards regarding product markings/mandatory legal notices.
