The Welcome Family Story

Once upon a time, there were three fashionable dads, who were both inspired and inspiring: Fred, Phiphi and Lolo. The idea came about when Fred, the founder of the brand, who was already an entrepreneur specialising in marketing materials and a design enthusiast, listened to the story of a friend who had just returned from a trip around the world with his children. Foreign tourist establishments welcome children like kings : adapted equipment, games offered in children's menus, colouring...

The contrast is striking, France has everything to learn to welcome the little adventurers.

How many hotels or restaurants have already made you feel that your children are just an unwanted extra? No suitable equipment, and sometimes there is even a slight sigh of despair from the owner. You've been through this moment before, haven't you? Welcome Family aims to shake up these bad habits!

The meal is all the longer for parents when their children are not sitting down properly to eat .

Welcome Family has made its own chair booster and high chair so that the child can be comfortably seated at the table. They are made of wood and are very practical. They come without trays and allow the child to sit at the table with their parents.  Latest addition to the equipment section: the brand new wall-mounted changing table to allow parents to change their baby comfortably.

Our brand: Welcome Family

Since 2011 we have been creating objects for our own brand "Welcome Family" but especially for our hotel and restaurant customers.

Welcome Family has become today the number one supplier of childcare products and equipment in the hotel and restaurant market.

Our objective is to provide solutions to restaurants and hotels in terms of childcare. Every year many establishments in France and abroad welcome families.

Unfortunately, we have found that in France there are very few establishments equipped with high chairs and changing tables. That's why we created Welcome Family, we help restaurant owners and other family-friendly establishments to better equip themselves and offer added value to their customers.

We have developed our own range of childcare products around the world of children. The products are varied: Ready to use colouring kits (very easy to use for waiters in restaurants), welcome kits for hotels with bath products or a backpack with a surprise inside.

A guide to good addresses listing kid-friendly establishments.

A Welcome Family label that identifies the establishments: hotels Hotels, restaurants, campsites...ready to welcome families with children. It is issued to establishments that meet our membership criteria. the establishments are referenced on our guide of good addresses which is geo-localized. It is visited by many parents throughout the year to plan their next family vacation outings.

We work as well with independent hotel restaurateurs as with large chains such as : Mcdonald's, Groupe Flo, Courtepaille, Memphis Coffee, Flunch...

Moreover, thanks to our development of McDonald's "Happy Baby Chair" we are present all over the world: France, England, Germany, Korea... To meet this international development, we recently opened a subsidiary in the United States.
